The writer in me finds harmony with the artist in me when we see words as art. On T-shirts, home decor, coffee mugs. And nails. Especially nails. There's just something about seeing little letters, all colourful, alongside other colourful shapes to make a sophisticated design. And, if they really know what they're doing, GLITTER!

Strip Me Off

I have created an evening ritual where I come home, make and eat supper, then paint my nails while watching Netflix. Considering that I change my nail polish as often as I change my underwear, the Daily Removal Process is a time-consuming nightmare.

I recently became an "Ipster," receiving monthy makeup samples in the mail from ipsy.com. In the third bag delivered, I found my first nail polish sample from them, Formula X "Power Source," and oh my! I had no idea coral was missing from my nail polish collection — missing from my life!
