Whimusical Recreation

Nostalgia has a certain comfort that always puts me in a great mood. Recently, I was going through old memory cards, and found some nail designs from a couple years ago that I never shared. I don't know what I was thinking in the moment, because I look at them now
and think “Why did I keep this to myself? This is really nice!” So I used my current skills (and nail length), and recreated one design that I am very proud of today.

I didn't get to take music lessons in my youth, but I have always had an appreciation for music; there is never silence in my life. These nails emulate my average day. Chores, reading, painting my nails, writing blogs; there's a constant soundtrack over my life. 

The re-creation isn't very far off from the original. I used the same stamping plates, and I am fairly certain I used the same polishes as well. But I have cleaner lines, longer nails, and a honed pose for photos!
